Program Outline

Welcome to TheShareCo’s Coach for Success program! We are excited to help you and your loved ones achieve their goals and succeed in life – fast, sustainably, and independently, by addressing the intrinsic, mental-related issues with the help of our professional coaches. Below is an outline of how the program works:

Step 1: Order Confirmation and Share™ App Installation

For your convenience, all sessions with your coach take place on the award-winning Share™ mobile app. Upon order confirmation, TheShareCo will contact you to assist with its installation on your mobile/smart devices. You will also find the necessary session credits deposited onto your account, to be used during every booking. These credits can be found on the app, under Payment Methods > Pay by Plan.

Step 2: Initial Contact and Session Scheduling

Within 2 working days, your assigned coach will contact you to schedule the first session. The coach may also collect information necessary to enhance the experience and results of the program.

Step 3: Subsequent Sessions

Subsequent bookings may be made, based on your availability and intended pace, during the session or after – through the Message Centre, found on the Share™ app. You can pay for these and all sessions using the credits available in the Plan section.

Change of Coaches

If at any time during the program when you find your coach unsuitable for any reason, you can request a change at no additional charges. There is also no limit to the number of times for such changes. In every case, TheShareCo will assign you another coach.
